1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included in the return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@michaelsch.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of an error made by us (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

3. Refund Process

The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@michaelsch.com. We may request photos of the damage to process your request. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement as preferred.
